whitefox were asked to devise and present a publishing strategy for the Head of Guidebooks at English Heritage. This included facilitating consumer research and exploring specific relationships with new publishing partners for collaborative projects. The first of these was the ‘compact but comprehensive’ guidebook to the Blue Plaques of London in conjunction with September Publishing.
Bye Bye Banks? by James Haycock and Shane Richmond delves into the myriad effects tech startups have on the banking industry. whitefox collaborated with the authors to produce their book, providing them with editorial, project management, internal design and printing services.
whitefox worked with the National Trust and their Marketing Director on developing a new publishing strategy, which included facilitating external creative partnerships with, amongst others, Nosy Crow. Our consultancy covered a review of digital engagement, retail ranges, children’s and YA publishing opportunities and internal systems, structures and personnel.
One of whitefox’s earliest projects was this stunning photography book, capturing exclusive backstage access to the best of London’s theatre, with beautiful images and revealing interviews with cast and crew. Published to mark the launch of an ambitious state-of-the-art network for West End professionals, Curtain Call is a stunning testament to artistic achievement in the linked fields of theatre, photography and publishing.
whitefox created a bespoke book in celebration of OC&C’s 25th anniversary. A talented whitefox team helped to edit and design a beautiful hardback volume. whitefox then agented the book to Pearson Education, which subsequently published mass market paperback and digital editions.
